Job Description

We are a high-end decorative architectural glass company, expanding from London to Dubai. Our projects include bespoke glasswork for luxury residential and commercial interiors.

We're looking for a Field Project Engineer with 3-5 years' experience in glazing , capable of managing projects from site survey, fabrication to final installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys, prepare technical solutions and sketches Oversee and sign off project execution on site. Manage production at the workshop ensuring quality control at all stages. Lead and supervise production and installation teams. At times will require physical participation in the installation process or direct labour management. Oversee material procurement, supplier coordination, and logistics. Work closely with the design and sales teams to provide technical input. Monitor budgets, optimize workflows, and resolve project challenges. Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or Construction (huge plus) Minimum 3-5 years in glazing, interior fit-out, joinery. Ability to complete site survey, templating for fabrication Ability to read drawings and prepare good quality sketches Experience with installations, and material knowledge. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Buildertrend) is a plus.
