Salary:
AED 2,500 - 4,500 per month (based on experience and skill level)
Performance Bonus:
Up to AED 500/month for reliable, punctual workers

Available based on project needs

after 5 weeks of continuous service
Long-Term Role:
Consistent work on active projects across Dubai
Employment Visa:
Will be provided for strong candidates without own visa
Weekly Day Off:
6-day work week, standard site hours
Key Responsibilities
Assist glass technicians and fitters during delivery and installation
Safely handle, lift, and transport glass panels and tools
Maintain clean and organized site workspace
Follow safety protocols and supervisor instructions at all times
Support with protective wrapping, surface cleaning, or minor sealing tasks
Requirements
Physically fit and able to carry 25-40 kg glass panels with assistance
Attention to detail
Prior glass & aluminium experience is preferred - additional training will be provided
Carpentry experience will count as well
Familiarity with construction sites or fit-out projects is a plus
Ability to understand drawings is a plus
Must be
punctual, reliable, and respectful
of site rules
