Accountable for creating journal entries and assembling supporting documentation, as well as for tracking the contents of accounts, creating portions of the financial statements, and writing related disclosures. Responsibilities:
- E-dirham reconciliation
- Noqodi reconciliation
- Monitoring Interest Expense transactions &Bank charges
- Maintain a master list of monthly journal entries
- Record supporting information for all journal entries
- Enter all journal entries into the accounting software
- Ensure that reversing entries occur
- Rebates Validation/Raise and Get approval of CNs +Profitability analysis
- Debit notes & Reconciliation
- Monthly reconciliation of all employee
- Maintaining schedule for provision, prepayments, amortization
- Maintenance of fixed asset register for all addition and disposal
- Timely filling of return and payment of all taxes and duties
- Treasury management (Bank interest & loans)
- Timely computation and payment of incentives
- Expense and income Transactions
- Ensuring accuracy of Trail Balance at any given point in time
- Liaising with HSBC(IL,SCF)
- Full and Final settlement checking
- Department Budget under Power BI
- Cash flow management
- Insurance Matters, claims, group reporting for insurance
- IFRS entries monthly closing and to match with Rubli monthwise
- Ensure proper accuracy for all taxation matters
- Monitoring rebates for all brands
- Up to 5 years of experience in finance & accounting
- University Degree in an accounting related discipline
- MS Office
