Responsibilities

Reports directly to the GIS/Field Surveyor.
Ensures proper placement of the assets within the client\xe2\x80\x99s operational field\'s area with
regarding the field development plan. Conducts field surveys to ensure the proper setting of the GIS and fields drawings.
Resolves conflicts of placement of various facilities before approaching the GIS Specialist
Keeps the GIS and fields drawings updated by reviewing survey results and comparing them to the actual drawings.
Liaises with other engineers and surveyors, GIS and drawing office teams.
Liaises with other team members to ensure efficient utilization of manpower and avoiding duplication of efforts.

Requirements

Five (5) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Field surveying, verification activities, and GPS Data collection by using GPS tools.
Previous experience and understanding of mapping projection systems coordinate transformations and related issues.
Understanding of data collection techniques and related issues.
Working knowledge of ArcGIS Field Applications and CAD software packages (AutoCAD).
Shall be experienced in the use of Computers and applications related to survey, MS Windows, and other MS Office applications.
Must have valid Kuwaiti driving license.

Generic & Specific Skills

Shall be capable of group communication to ensure efficient coordination between various teams involved. Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English language.
