Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in GIS, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on GIS, IT, and Smart City projects. - Strong knowledge of GIS technologies, IT systems, and Smart City concepts. - Experience with spatial data analysis, data modeling, and visualization tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. - Project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technological solutions. - Familiarity with Smart City frameworks, standards, and best practices.
