GIS and IT Strategy: - Develop and implement GIS and IT strategies aligned with Smart City goals and objectives. - Stay informed about emerging GIS and IT trends to recommend innovative solutions. 3. Smart City Solutions: - Evaluate, recommend, and implement Smart City solutions that integrate GIS and IT components. - Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful deployment of Smart City technologies. 4. Data Analysis and Modeling: - Analyze spatial and non-spatial data to derive actionable insights for Smart City planning. - Create data models and visualizations to support decision-making processes. 5. Business Process Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process improvement within city operations using GIS and IT solutions. - Collaborate with departments to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. 6. Stakeholder Engagement: - Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns. - Foster positive relationships and effective communication channels to support Smart City initiatives. 7. Project Management: - Lead and contribute to the planning and execution of GIS, IT, and Smart City projects. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business objectives. 8. Documentation: - Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and progress reports. - Maintain accurate records of Smart City initiatives and GIS/IT strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in GIS, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on GIS, IT, and Smart City projects. - Strong knowledge of GIS technologies, IT systems, and Smart City concepts. - Experience with spatial data analysis, data modeling, and visualization tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. - Project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technological solutions. - Familiarity with Smart City frameworks, standards, and best practices.
