Who we are? Dezzex uses Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies to advance the motor insurance industry by creating a system to automate claims. We use these technologies to improve insurance processes, reduce operational costs and enable a seamless customer experience. Our solution offering is also designed for the insurance companies, Insurance companies, Police force & Smart cities application. About the role: The essential duties of the Business Analyst/ Consultant are many and will involve every facet of an in-depth, multi-step complex consulting service. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Supports presales
• Provides best practices of Business Process Re-engineering(BPR)in insurance industry
• Conducts gap analysis between clients requirements and Dezzex products functions
• Prepares clients requirement and configuration specification of Dezzex products
• Supports software applications development and software testing
• Organizes the training to clients and business workshops
• Manages clients relationship to sustain high satisfaction
• Supports Dezzex product management and upgraded

The Business Analyst/ Consultant will be able to

• Provides significant contribution to proposal generation and presales activities including responding to RFI/RFPs and delivering client demos;
• Advises clients regarding factors that are integral to effective change and operational improvement via Business Process Re-engineering in insurance industry;
• BA or business operation experience in general insurance is preferred;
• Interacts with all levels of client staff, including senior-level decision makers and executives, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses in support of business solution development; defines Dezzex products customizing, integration or configuration specification to meet client needs;
• Works closely with application development and software testing for determining the system architecture, designing test cases and supporting UAT to ensure high quality and timely project delivery;
• Develops and conducts training programs and/or business workshops to clients; Manages clients expectation by communicating project status and issues, resolving concerns as well as preparing reports;
• Assists in product management based on industry and product knowledge;
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignment; supervises work of experienced team members and provides training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in insurance, mathematics, statistics and/or related field;
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences with more than 3 years as a business analyst/consultant working on core system development in a big insurance company, IT service company, consulting firm and etc,;
• Excellent business acumen and industry acumen; in-depth understanding of business operation processes and insurance products;
• Experience in designing and implementing insurance systems in the IT department of insurance companies is preferred;
• Proven global expertise and perspective, executive level presence and influence
• Proven problem-solving skills in an open and changing working environment
• Proven ability to work independently in pure English environment with strong teamwork skills;
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Result oriented, fast learning, open-minded and creative
• Proficiency in written and oral communication in English / Arabic is must.
• Certifications such as LOMA, SOA is a plus

Experience:

• Insurance domain: 5 years (Required)
• Motor insurance: 2 years (Preferred)
