Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Gift Wrapping Assistant to provide high-quality and visually appealing gift wrapping services for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during holiday seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

Wrap gifts neatly and attractively using various papers, ribbons, bows, and decorative elements Assist customers in selecting wrapping styles and customization options Maintain a clean and organized gift wrapping station Manage inventory of wrapping supplies and report low stock to supervisors Ensure all items are securely packaged and labeled accurately Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to customers Support the sales floor or other departments during slow periods Adhere to company standards for presentation and quality

Requirements:

Previous experience in gift wrapping, crafting, retail, or customer service preferred Strong attention to detail and a passion for presentation Ability to work standing for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Flexible schedule, including availability during peak seasons (holidays, special events) Creative flair and ability to work under pressure with time-sensitive orders
