To accelerate our growth, we are building our first dedicated growth marketing function in Dubai. You will join a small, entrepreneurial team, work closely with the founders and play a key role in shaping how we grow traffic, sign-ups and engagement.
Job Summary
We are looking for a
data-driven, hands-on Growth Marketing Manager
who will own user acquisition and traffic growth for skilldeer.
You will be responsible for:
driving high-quality traffic to the platform
improving conversion along the funnel
setting up scalable, measurable growth activities across channels
This role combines
strategy, execution and analytics
and is ideal for someone who enjoys building things from the ground up in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a
growth marketing strategy
to increase traffic, sign-ups and engagement
Plan, launch and optimize
performance campaigns
(e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid channels)
Own and optimize the
acquisition funnel
(from first touch to sign-up and activation)
Set up and monitor tracking for key KPIs (traffic, CAC, conversion rate, retention, LTV)
Run
A/B tests and experiments
on ads, landing pages, messaging and user journeys
Collaborate with founders, product and content to align growth initiatives with product roadmap
Identify and test
new growth channels
(referrals, partnerships, influencers, communities, etc.)
Prepare regular performance reports and recommend next steps based on data
Requirements
3+ years of experience in
Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
Proven experience running and optimizing
paid acquisition campaigns
(e.g. Google Ads, Meta)
Strong analytical skills and
data-driven mindset
Experience with
funnels, conversion optimization and experimentation (A/B tests)
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced startup environment
and taking ownership
Excellent communication skills in
English & German
(written and spoken)
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Willing to work
on-site Tuesday-Thursday
in our Dubai office (hybrid on Mon/Fri)
Nice to Have
Experience in
marketplaces, community platforms or SaaS
Background in
consulting or strategy
Basic knowledge of SEO, email / lifecycle marketing and CRO tools
