Geotechnical Operations Administrator

Acting as the liaison between office and field teams, assisting on personnel and equipment documentation and creating purchase requests for geotechnical maintenance and spare parts.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Operations Superintendent and will be responsible for supporting the Operations team with administrative tasks.

Job responsibilities:

Coordination with offshore staff.

Maintain and update the project safety matrix for marine and project crew.

Preparing reports;

Processing and managing data using spreadsheets, in-house programs and Fugro\xe2\x80\x99s SharePoint platforms;

Liaising with site staff, clients, engineers and sub-contractors in order to confirm project progress and check that project delivery deadlines will be met;

Uploading data to MS Teams and SharePoint Sites.

Creating purchase requests for geotechnical maintenance and spare parts.

You bring (qualifications & experience)

Strong administration background;

Good knowledge of MS Excel and SharePoint;

A logical approach to work;

Highly organised;

Strong communication skills;

Passionate about learning new skills and about the world of earth sciences.
