Geotechnical Engineer

to oversee and coordinate our drilling operations across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily water well drilling activities across multiple job sites. Plan and ensure efficient movement of equipment, machinery, and manpower. Provide technical support and on-site guidance to drilling teams. Monitor progress and ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications. Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend technical solutions. Maintain daily operational reports and communicate with management regarding schedules, equipment needs, and project updates. Coordinate with suppliers, maintenance teams, and logistics to ensure continuous workflow.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field). 3-7 years of experience in field operations, preferably in drilling, geotechnical, or related industries.

Bonus:

Prior experience in

water well drilling

or

water pumping systems

. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to manage field teams and communicate effectively across multiple departments. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
