About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Geotechnical Engineer

with expertise in

pile foundation design, shoring systems, soil improvement, and dewatering solutions

. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering safe, efficient, and innovative designs for complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and analyze

pile foundations

(end-bearing, friction piles, etc.) for various soil conditions and load requirements. Develop

shoring systems

(sheet piles, soldier piles, diaphragm walls) for excavations and retaining structures. Propose and implement

soil improvement/treatment techniques

(jet grouting, soil stabilization, vertical drains) to enhance ground stability. Plan

dewatering systems

(wellpoints, deep wells, sump pumps) to manage groundwater during construction. Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications compliant with local/international standards (e.g., Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other engineering software). Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Geotechnical/Civil Engineering

3+ years

of hands-on experience in

pile foundation, shoring, soil treatment, and dewatering design

. Proficiency in industry software (e.g., PLAXIS, GeoStudio, ETABS, or similar). Strong understanding of soil mechanics, geotechnical investigations, and construction methodologies. Strong knowledge of hydraulics, water treatment, and system design Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineer license is required.
