The Geotechnical Manager will be responsible for...

1- Daily management of the Geotechnical Division, including technical, and administrative matters associated with its operation.

2-Ensuring that the company performs site investigation activities in accordance with international standards and the requirements of the client.

3- Planning, implement and supervise geotechnical investigation operations.

4- Sampling and description of soil and rock borings

5- Preparation of Laboratory testing schedules for geotechnical investigation work

6- Preparation and review of borehole/ trial pit logs.

7- Performing routine testing and reporting in accordance with standard procedures

8- Review the laboratory tests results for geotechnical investigation.

9- Analyse geotechnical investigation data and prepare factual/ engineering reports

10- Contributing to business development by promoting quality services to the customer.

11- Maintaining a proficient working team in the geotechnical division through training, motivation and assessment of staff competence.

12- Ensuring the protection of the client's confidential information and proprietary rights.

13- Avoiding involvement in any activities that would diminish confidence in the company's competence, impartiality, judgement or operational integrity.

14-Ensuring the geotechnical division has the technical resources needed to meet the needs of clients and to ensure the quality of engineering analysis.

15- Ensuring the geotechnical division commitment to good professional practice, to the quality of its geotechnical service to clients, and to compliance with internationally recognised standards of quality.

16- Ensuring that all site investigation requirements, including the methods used, are adequately defined, documented and understood.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
