Position:

Geotechnical Engineers with Sales Experience

Yearly Salary: AED 60,000 - AED 72,000 + Commissions

Location:

UAE (Construction / Foundation / Civil Engineering)

We are looking for a skilled and driven Geotechnical Engineers with strong

sales experience

and a solid background in

machine piling operations

. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient in pile design and installation, while also confident in client engagement and business development. You will lead both

site execution

and

sales initiatives

, bridging technical expertise with strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct soil, rock, groundwater, and site investigations for foundation and infrastructure projects. Supervise and manage

machine piling works

, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Conduct site assessments and provide technical input on piling solutions. Prepare detailed technical proposals, cost estimates, and support tendering activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Promote piling services and

machine piling capabilities

to secure new projects. Provide on-site technical support during installation and resolve any field-related issues. Achieve sales targets by identifying market opportunities and providing tailored solutions. Monitor competitor activities and stay informed about the latest piling techniques and equipment.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

3-5 years

of hands-on experience in piling projects, with specific experience in

machine pile operations

with proven UAE or GCC project experience. Proven track record in

sales

or

business development

within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, pile foundations, and equipment operation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards. UAE driving license is a plus.
