Overview

#

Geotechnical design: Design of foundations for a variety of structures as well as landslide and collapse protection measures such as embankments, retaining walls, and steel panels.*
Geotechnical investigations: Processing and reporting of geotechnical investigations for different soil conditions.*
Stability calculations: Stability calculations based on stratigraphic properties, groundwater levels, landslide risk, ground motions and loads.*
Professional collaboration: Professional communication and teamwork with designers within the professional field and with designers from other professional fields.*
Preparation of tender documents: Preparation of project specifications and other documents for tenders for earthworks.*
Other reporting: Various analyses and data processing in the field of geotechnical engineering.*
Construction supervision: Follow-up during construction and general supervision of geotechnical construction.*

Job Requirements


We are looking for an individual with the following qualities and skills:


Education: Education in the field of geotechnical engineering or other comparable education that is useful in the job.*
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in similar positions is an advantage but not a requirement.*
Software knowledge: Good knowledge of Autocad and GeoSuite is an advantage.*
Communication skills: Ability to work independently and in a team, positivity and good communication skills.*
