To continue delivering the highest level of care to our clients, we are seeking a dedicated and professional Female Receptionist to join our team.

We are looking for an English-speaking Male Receptionist to manage our front desk operations, speaking Arabic will be a bonus. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and capable of multitasking in a busy environment. Your primary responsibilities will include handling appointments, managing payments, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome clients warmly and ensure a pleasant experience from arrival to departure.

- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.

- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

- Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of client appointments and transactions.

- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring that supplies are stocked and available as needed.

- Provide information about spa services and answer client inquiries professionally.

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the spa.

- Collaborate with spa staff to enhance client satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling and payments.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

- A friendly and welcoming demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
