Generator Technician Description JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Diagnose and highlight any issues found during initial testing and during PAT. Capable to perform periodic preventative maintenance and handle corrective maintenance. In-depth understanding of diesel engine and/or generator technology Experienced-Power- Generation-Technician in the telecom sector Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues on diesel gensets Exceptional communication skills to work with team and customer directly on occasions. Proficient with time required to complete tasks Experience working with small and large industrial power generation equipment He must be capable to handle & clear all Generator related faults at site within SLA. He must have knowledge about Control modules and AC alternators. He must have experience of Corrective and Preventive Maintenance (CM & PMR) of Generator Sites. He must have the ability to identify and resolve any technical issues in EM equipment. This includes troubleshooting for hardware, software or electronic problems. He must have full knowledge about equipment’s such as DC System, MDBs, Main Supply, Generators, ATS, HVACs, BATBs, and all its related things. Must know and fully capable to follow EHS standards. JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS: Mechanical diploma or other similar certifications are required. Must have driving License Should have Experience in Telecom-EM field (Minimum 3 year in same kind of Projects) Must be able to work in any area of Kingdom.
