As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Generators Technician to join our team. : We are looking for a highly motivated Generators Technician with a background in electro-mechanical maintenance to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical power generation equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong electro-mechanical maintenance background and be able to work independently or as part of a team. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and operational efficiency of power systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on generators and associated equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in power generation systems.
• Conduct load testing and system performance checks.
• Overhaul and repair generators, including the replacement of defective components.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
• Demonstrate leadership skills to mobilize and lead a group of technicians effectively.
• Liaise with management when required to provide updates and insights on project progress.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational or technical training in electro-mechanical maintenance related to generators is required.
• Proven experience as a Generators Technician or similar role with a focus on electro-mechanical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of generator systems, controls, and electrical components.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver\'s license.

Language:

• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Capability to communicate in Arabic is required.
• Knowledge of Hindi or Urdu is a plus.

Work Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the field of electro-mechanical maintenance with a focus on generators.

Additional Requirements:

• The candidate must be available to start within 2 to 4 weeks from the job posting date.
• The candidate should be willing to travel and be physically present on project sites located outside Abu Dhabi.

Additional Plus:

• A valid driver\'s license is a plus.
