Job Summary
We are hiring an
Experienced Generator Electrical Technician
to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of generator systems. The ideal candidate has strong electrical expertise, hands-on generator experience, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair diesel generator systems
Electrical troubleshooting of AC/DC systems, control panels, and ATS
Perform preventive & Corrective maintenance, inspections, and load bank testing
Install generators, ATS units, and associated electrical components
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and manuals
Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
Complete service reports and job documentation accurately
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience
as a generator electrical technician
Strong knowledge of electrical systems (AC/DC)
Experience with automatic transfer switches (ATS)
Ability to troubleshoot independently
Valid driver's license
Physically fit for fieldwork and site conditions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with brands such as
Cummins, Caterpillar, Kohler, khonaysser
, etc.
Electrical certification or license (preferred but not required)
Knowledge of NEC or local electrical codes
Commercial or industrial generator experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
