The General Worker will assist mechanical technicians, operators, and supervisors in daily factory activities, ensuring smooth support for production and maintenance operations. The role includes basic manual labor, cleaning, material movement, and assisting skilled staff.
Key Responsibilities
Assist technicians with tools, materials, and basic mechanical tasks.
Clean work areas, machinery surroundings, and walkways to maintain safety.
Load, unload, and move materials within the factory as instructed.
Support shutdown, maintenance, and repair tasks.
Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE at all times.
Report unsafe conditions or equipment issues to supervisors.
Perform any general labor tasks required to support mechanical operations.
Requirements
No formal technical qualification required; basic education preferred.
1-2 years of experience
working in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and assist skilled workers.
Physically fit to perform manual tasks, lifting, and long working hours.
Strong awareness of safety rules and willingness to work in hot factory conditions.
