Job Summary
The General Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and technical equipment within the Bar & Restaurant. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by carrying out preventive maintenance, attending breakdowns, and supporting operational needs while maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on kitchen equipment, bar machinery, HVAC, lighting, and plumbing systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests raised. Maintain and repair refrigeration, electrical wiring, pumps, water supply, and drainage systems. Assist with installation of new equipment and fixtures. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and service reports. Liaise with external contractors and service providers when required. Support energy-saving and sustainability initiatives within the property. Ensure tools, materials, and spare parts are properly maintained and available when needed. Report major issues or breakdowns to the Manager for further action.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
