Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable General Technician to join our workshop team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a variety of household and commercial appliances.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair faults in cookers (gas and electric), refrigerators, washing machines and dryers. Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on appliances. Replace defective parts using appropriate hand tools and resting equipment. Provide on-site service at customer locations or perform repairs in the workshop. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used and service reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Communicate effectively with customers regarding issues. solutions and preventive care Stay updated on new appliance technologies and repair techniques.
