Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and reliable General Technician to join our maintenance team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance works across civil, electrical, and mechanical systems, ensuring facilities are maintained in safe and efficient working condition.Job Responsibilities
Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance for civil, electrical, and mechanical systems. Carry out repairs related to plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic electrical works. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. Support daily operations, inspections, and planned maintenance schedules. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and standards. Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and support the team when required. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good working condition.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of hands-on experience
in general maintenance. Strong knowledge of civil works, plumbing, and basic electrical systems. Ability to read and understand technical instructions and work orders. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Driving license not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
