STAR HOTEL URGENT HIRING FOR GENERAL TECHNICIAN:
We are looking for a General Technician to manage the maintenance issues and maintain all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment in good working condition by carrying out necessary repairs and preventive maintenance within the hotel to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

The

main duties and responsibilities

of this role:

Reports to the Duty Engineer/ Shift Leader regarding daily work progress and work order completion. Fault finding and trouble shooting of reported guest room complaints. Works closely with Duty Engineer/ Shift Leader and peers to carry out preventive maintenance and annual maintenance program. Follows all safety rules and regulations in job, departmental procedures and instructions. Carries out all other tasks assigned to him by his supervisor. Interacts and cooperates with hotel guests as directed by his superior. Assists other Technicians with maintenance and repair when required.

Here are the qualifications below:

Must have a diploma in Engineering or a related field is preferred. Maximum Three (3) years of experience in the same position in the

hospitality industry.

Professional attitude and appearance. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Customer service attitude. Flexible and team player and able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision. Flexibility to work in shifts.
