Job Description

We are seeking a General Technician to maintain and repair our holiday homes, ensuring they are in top condition for guests. Responsibilities include handling repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry), troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role involves both scheduled and emergency maintenance, as well as preparing properties for guest arrivals.

Qualifications:

Experience in general maintenance or related roles Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays A valid driver's license preferred
