for General Sales. Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
: Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with clients and prospects by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Business Development
: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across different industries. Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Sales Planning & Execution
: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets. Monitor pipeline activities, prepare sales forecasts, and report performance to management.
Product Knowledge & Presentation
: Maintain a clear understanding of company products/services. Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals highlighting value and benefits.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
: Lead sales discussions, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with company policies and profitability goals.
Collaboration
: Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience.
Reporting & Documentation
: Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems and provide regular updates to management.
Compliance
: Follow company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
.
3-5 years of general sales/business development experience
(UAE/GCC preferred).
Strong ability to research and analyze
market trends
.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
.
Proficiency in
MS Office and CRM tools
(e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Highly motivated, organized, and adaptable with a
positive, client-focused attitude
.
Fluency in
English
(Arabic is an advantage).
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
