The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and implement strategies to optimize production and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operations of manufacturing, production planning, and supply chain.

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met.

Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and KPIs.

Oversee inventory, procurement, and logistics to optimize costs.

Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team to achieve company objectives.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to meet customer demands.

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience as an Operations Manager in plastic bag or paper bag manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control in the bag industry.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to analyze data and make informed operational decisions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
