Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate General Nurse to join our team at IIQAF. You will provide medical assistance to our patients, ensuring they receive excellent and comprehensive nursing care. You will work collaboratively with a team of medical professionals to develop plans of care, assess patient needs, provide interventions, and promote overall health and well-being.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician and follow up on results
- Monitor and assess the condition of the patient and provide timely reporting to healthcare personnel
- Provide patient care according to established protocols, best practices, and standards
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning
- Adhere to hospital regulations and laws pertaining to the delivery of patient care
- Participate in continuing education activities to enhance and expand nursing knowledge
- Educate and advise patients, family members, and the public about healthcare prevention and treatments
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team such as physicians, psychologists, and social workers
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Nursing and State Nursing License
- Demonstrated experience in providing patient-centered care
- Sound knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and excellent communication
- An understanding of the patient journey and disease process
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and be organized with workload
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
