Job Description
Job Title: General Nurse Job Summary: La Familia Medical Center is seeking a General Nurse to join our team to provide high-quality care to our patients in the Gyne, GP, Dermatology and Pediatric Departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of their healthcare needs. The candidate will work alongside our existing team of healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and treatment. Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs in the Gyne, GP, Dermatology and Pediatric Departments
- Provide basic nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and assisting with activities of daily living
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer vaccinations and other injections as directed by physicians
- Perform routine diagnostic tests and interpret results for patient care
- Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and medications Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Participate in departmental meetings, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives Adhere to clinical policies and procedures, including infection control and safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification
- Valid nursing license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and techniques
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good computer skills
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Eligibility letter or DHA (Preferred)
