Customize products according to specific market or customer requirements. Responsible for developing and maintaining distribution strategies to meet organizational objectives. Develop and maintain contacts with the retail and wholesale supply chain, import and export traders etc. to be in a favorable position to distribute products Prepare and complete action plans; quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; Manage the processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping. Briefs to Group CEO on daily issues and potential future challenges. Works with marketing department to coordinate the marketing requirements of the company with a focus on branding principles and tactics through different media channels. Works with Sales department to achieve the targets. Appraise vendor manufacturing ability through on-site visits and Validates. Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements. Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers.
