Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our team at AL MUTAKAMELA VEHICLES TESTING AND REGISTRATION LLC. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong knowledge of UAE regulations, labor laws, and facility management standards. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with at least two (2) years of experience in quality control, document control, or facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with company standards and UAE regulations.

Monitor and report on operational processes to identify areas for improvement.

Maintain and manage documentation related to quality assurance and facility management.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure corrective and preventive actions are properly implemented.

Prepare reports and assist management in performance evaluations and process improvements.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management, quality control, or document control.

Strong understanding of UAE rules, regulations, and labor laws.

Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
