To lead exciting new restaurant concept launching soon in Downtown Dubai!
Currently based in the UAE.
Fluent in English (spoken & written); Russian (spoken) Preferred.
3-5 yrs of experience as a GM in elevated casual or fine-dining restaurants.
Strong background in P&L management and operational planning.
Experience in pre-opening project.
Previous experience in the UAE.
Deep understanding of guest experience and service excellence standards.
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
