Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
10+ years of senior management experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or investment sectors.
Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions.
