Job Description

You will be managing commercial and business development activities for all our business and potential new markets in line of our regional objectives and growth ambition.

All the Staff working in Saudi Arabia, be it GEO functions and support would have dotted line to him as main point of contact and highest representation in the Kingdom.

You will be ensuring on-time, on budget, to quality and customer expectations delivery & operation of SITA\'s various programs.

Your role is focused on both pre-sales and post-sales activities.

In a nutshell, you will need to assist Sales and all GEO functions in driving sustainable profitable growth of all our Business Units. Also helping in adapting the global Solution Lines strategy as they pertain to the needs of local territory customers. You will be playing a leadership role in guiding the organization enabling best-in-class service to both external customers and internal SITA stakeholders.

Who you will do

Working with respective business owners to ensure customer value is generated throughout the program and support senior management in ensuring SITA meets its commercial objectives for the program and develops its relationship with the customers.
Be involved in reviewing and evaluating SITA\'s approach in building the optimal government contacts to position us a main strategic partner. Important bodies in all sectors and mainly PIF (Public Investment Funds).
Assist Accounts Development Planning to tune the reality of the perception and guidance on how to better position ourselves.
Helping in reducing any financial exposure with authorities and ensuring we are abiding to all procedures and guidelines dictated by the authorities.
Educate the various stakeholders involved in the contract life cycle, on SITA\'s best practice to cope with the ambition of our growth. Mainly be an integral part of our desired Saudi strategic plan that we have been driving and ensure we execute to the best practice.
Ensure the delivery/operations teams work in full compliance of contract specifics, including requirements, Change management, Early Warning notices, Event/milestone Notification across all the solutions.
Handle escalations in a professional and proactive manner to ensure customer dissatisfaction is kept to an absolute minimum.
Support the leads in the construction and management of budgets, cash forecasts and cost savings exercises.
As the SITA team leader - identify, quantify, assess, and report risks associated with new projects or orders.
Support compliance with company regulations, including bid process, delegation of authority, human resources (local employment law) and investment guidelines.
Help in Drive all sales and leadership activities as per short- and long-term objectives; formulate strategic direction with the Sales VPs and other stakeholders
Ensure achievement of committed (book and bill) revenue and progressive revenue growth for the Kingdom.
Manage and build relationships with clients; become the trusted advisor/consultant for them; ensure customer loyalty, advocacy and highest level of customer satisfaction
Spot and communicate key economic drivers, macro- and microeconomic trends and also latest technological trends and local competitive intelligence internally to increase awareness and adopt to new situations, also externally, to clients to address potential new business opportunities
Support cash collection related activities by taking lead or resolving commercial issues that may cause non-payment
Participate and contribute to the agenda and agreed plans as the member of GEO Management Team
Build strong relationship with industry associations like IATA, ACI, CANSO, AACO, AAPA, CAPA, KPMG, FIA, Deloitte, EY, etc.
Drive through leadership initiatives and promote brand visibility together with Marketing
Qualifications:
Who you are
Educational Background in Management and preferably in IT, Telecom, finance, business or equivalent business experience.
Ideally, an additional business qualification / MBA.
Extensive tenure in Business/Project/Service/Contract management experience, in telecommunications, IT, and/or outsourcing in large global companies.
Extensive knowledge structuring, positioning and/or negotiating complex contracts in the Region.
Experience working with Government bodies and Air Transport Industry.
Bilingual Arabic & English (native or fluent in both languages).
Strong communications skills and ability to interact with C-Level executives (internal & external) to clearly articulate and negotiate complex and high value business propositions.
Strong financial acumen: ability to understand, link and articulate T&Cs impacts to financial results and vice versa.
Broad technical knowledge of IT, Integration Services, Applications, Hosted Environments, and managed data network products.
and experience in border management, government security, Biometrics, and Identity management.
Managing diverse teams in a matrix organization
Experience in facilitating and driving account development plans.
