BRINGING OUR ACCOUNTS ACCORDING TO INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL REPORTING STANDARDS 1.2. BUILDING A RELIABLE AND EFFICIENT ACCOUNTS TEAM AND SEGREGATING ACCOUNTANTS INTO TEAMS 1.3. DIGITALIZING ACCOUNTS TEAM AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE PRACTICALLY. 1.4. CREATING A SECURED AND MOST RELIABLE PAYMENT SYSTEM FOR SALES. MULTIPLE POINTS CHECK. 1.5. MONITORING AND CHECKING ALL THE PAYMENTS DONE TO ALL LOCAL OR INTERNATIONAL SUPPLIERS. 1.6. HELPING IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SAP ByD BOTH ACCOUNTING AND OPERATION PART. 1.7. IMPROVING RELATIONS WITH BANKS AND IMPROVING COMPANY'S CATEGORY IN BANKS. 1.8. STARTING DAILY REPORTS TO CHAIRMAN AND MD 2. MARKETING AND SALES DEPARTMENT 2.1. BUILD A STRONG SELLER TEAM ASAP AND TRAIN THEM. 2.2. IMPROVING SELLER DOCUMENTATION 2.3. INCREASE THE NUMBER OF CARS RECEIVING AND BEING ABLE TO MANAGE IT PROFESSIONALLY. 2.4. BRINGING STRATEGIES TO THE TABLE TO MAX OUT SALES AND MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY 2.5. MAKING SURE THE SELLER DEPARTMENT RUNS SMOOTHLY. 2.6. HIRING A MARKETING MANAGER WHO CAN: 2.6.1. HELP IN THE GROWTH OF CUSTOMERS, SALES, AND DIGITAL EXISTENCE. 2.6.2. BRANDING OF THE COMPANY 2.6.3. DO PROMOTIONS ON SPECIAL OCCASIONS AND PLAN PROPERLY PRIOR 3. TECHNOLOGIES AND SOFTWARES: 3.1. HELPING IN IMPLEMENTATION OF SAP BYD AND DEVELOPMENT OF AUCTION WEBSITE 3.2. INTEGRATING AUCTION WEBSITE WITH SAP TO EXCHANGE DATA MORE EFFICIENTLY. 3.3. APPLYING ANY TECHNOLOGY REQUIRED TO LESSEN THE WORK AND INTEGRATE WITH THE SAP AND WEBSITE. 4. HR DEPARTMENT: 4.1. HIRE AN HR MANAGER WITHIN THE BUDGET GIVEN 4.2. APPLY HRM SOFTWARE COST-EFFECTIVE 4.3. INITIATE MAINTAINING PROPER RECORDS OF EACH EMPLOYEE 4.4. CONTROLLING PAYROLLS PROPERLY BY VERIFYING ALL THE OVERTIMES, LEAVES, BONUSES, AND ANY DEDUCTIONS. 4.4.1. CASH AND PAYROLL BOTH 4.5. CREATING AN EMPLOYEES HANDBOOK FOR THE RULES OF THE COMPANY FOR ALL NEWCOMERS. 4.6. SYSTEMATIC TRAINING TO BE DEVELOPED FOR ALL THE NEWCOMERS TO EACH DEPARTMENT. 4.7. CREATING JDS' FOR ALL THE POSITIONS FOR RECRUITING PURPOSES 5. WAREHOUSE DEPARTMENT: 5.1. CONTROLLING EVERY SECTION OF THE WAREHOUSE WHERE CASH MOVEMENT IS INVOLVED 5.1.1. CONTROLLING THEFT AND FRAUD 5.2. DIRECTLY GETTING REPORTS FROM THE WAREHOUSE MANAGER ABOUT ALL THE OPERATIONS 5.3. SETTING TEAM FOR WEEKLY STOCK-TAKING AND PROVIDING MD AND CHAIRMAN THE REPORT OF IT. 5.4. DIGITALIZING WORK TO INCREASE ACCURACY AND DECREASE MANPOWER. 6. HIGHER MANAGEMENT: 6.1. CREATING ANY AGREEMENTS REQUIRED FOR ANY ACTIVITY. 6.2. CREATING POLICIES WITHIN THE SUPERVISION OF THE MD AND CHAIRMAN 6.3. HANDLE ANY LEGAL WORK THAT COMES UP AND ASSIGN PRO TO IT AND GIVE PROGRESS REPORTS TO MD AND CHAIRMAN. 6.4. PREPARING BUSINESS PROCESS FLOW IN WRITTEN IN DEEP DETAIL. 6.5. MANAGING PROJECTS UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE DIRECTOR AND CHAIRMAN. 6.6. BUILDING TEAMS AND DEPARTMENTS WHICH ARE NOT YET INTRODUCED. JOB INFORMATION AND BENEFITS POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER SALARY: AED 20K-25K VISA ON US PAY LEAVE ACCORDING TO LABOUR LAW COMPANY VEHICLE COMPANY VEHICLE PETROL EXPENSE DEPARTMENT: HIGHER MANAGEMENT REPORTING TO: MD AND CHAIRMAN SHIFT TIMING: 9 HOURS FLEXIBLE TIMING. MORE WORK-ORIENTED THAN TIMING. OFF DAYS: SATURDAY HALF DAY AND SUNDAY PROBATION PERIOD: 6 MONTHS LOCATION: SHARJAH IND. AREA 2 GM QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: HIGH FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS KNOWLEDGE. EFFICIENT IN IT SKILLS AND HIGHLY COMPUTER LITERATE. SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION SKILLS. HIGH KNOWLEDGE OF MARKETING. VERY EFFECTIVE IN RECRUITING GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF LAWS AND LEGAL WORK STRONG LEADERSHIP SKILLS. TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS. STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS. ADAPTABILITY TO ANY CHANGE OR SITUATION. STRATEGIC PLANNING. TRAINING SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: MBA IN FINANCE AND/OR MANAGEMENT BBA IN FINANCE OR MANAGEMENT CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT (CA) IS HIGHLY PREFERRED ANY IT CERTIFICATIONS MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF MANAGER EXPERIENCE "FINANCE, OPERATION OR GENERAL MANAGER ONLY" EXPERIENCE IN THE MOTOR INDUSTRY IS PREFERRED.
