About the General Manager Dubai: We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial logistics professional This role exists to build out the PayCargo footprint in Dubai/the UAE and subsequently expand in a next steps into the GCC countries. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business.

About the General Manager Dubai: We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial logistics professional This role exists to build out the PayCargo footprint in Dubai/the UAE and subsequently expand in a next steps into the GCC countries. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the company's expansion plans for the Middle East region.
- Secure at least one bank/ payment processor to handle transactions in UAE/GCC.
- Acquire new customers to the PayCargo platform (both payers and vendors) in particular airlines, sea carriers, ground handlers, freight forwarders and shippers.
- Recruit a team including Sales and Customer Service specialists.
- Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization by growing existing customers and developing effective solutions to business challenges.
- Provide strategic input and to the company's leadership specifically relating to the building of the team, evaluation of partnerships, and other growth opportunities.
- Analyze and make recommendation on the impact of long-range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies.
- Create, improve, implement, and enforce policies and procedures of the organization that will improve operational and financial effectiveness of the company.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years in a business development of managerial position in the logistics/shipping industry, with minimum 3 years in the GCC.
- A BS/BA and or Master's degree from an accredited college/university.
