Job Overview:
The Office Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Abu Dhabi office, ensuring efficient business processes, regulatory compliance, and effective team leadership. This role plays a key part in aligning local office strategy with the broader corporate vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the office's day-to-day operations across administrative, HR, and financial functions
Supervise and support staff, including hiring, performance management, and training
Develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity
Maintain internal controls and compliance with UAE labor, tax, and business regulations
Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, local authorities, and key clients
Oversee budget planning, cost control, and financial reporting
Coordinate communication and alignment with headquarters or regional teams
Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in office management, operations, or a senior administrative role
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong plus
Knowledge of UAE business practices, labor law, and corporate governance
