- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management, Agriculture or a related field
- 15-20 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Poultry Farms & Administration Management
- Minimum of 5-7 years of senior-level experience in poultry operations management in the UAE.
- Must have experience in leading large-scale poultry production operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Must have working knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, monthly reports.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Lead and direct all aspects of the poultry division\'s operations, including production, processing, packaging, and distribution.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance quality control measures throughout the poultry production process to ensure product safety and consistency.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supply chain logistics to meet poultry production demands efficiently.
- Develop and manage the poultry division\'s budget, ensuring cost-effective production.
- Drive sustainability efforts within poultry operations, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible resource management
