Job Description
Develop and execute business strategies to strengthen the company's market position against key competitors; Oversee full P&L, budgeting, and expansion into new markets and product lines
Lead end-to-end paint and coatings production, ensuring world-class standards in quality, safety, and efficiency. Drive innovation in resins, solvents, and water-based binders to maintain competitiveness and align with evolving market demands.
Build and manage strong client, distributor, and supplier networks in the Middle East. Identify new opportunities, enhance pricing strategies, and secure high-value contracts by benchmarking against regional competitors.
Lead cross-functional teams in operations, R&D, sales, and supply chain. Implement lean manufacturing practices, talent development programs, and succession planning to sustain long-term organizational growth.
