General Manager / Operations Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced manager to take full responsibility for running our urban wear and uniform manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment manufacturing, with proven experience in managing all aspects of production, operations, and business growth.
You will be responsible for improving and organizing our operations, implementing plans, managing staff, controlling costs, increasing efficiency, and ensuring high-quality products. You should be able to analyze numbers, track performance, and make strategic decisions to grow the business.
We need someone hands-on who can manage all sections, lead the team, and turn the company into a well-organized and profitable operation. Experience in the clothing or uniform industry is required, preferably 10+ years. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to handle pressure are essential.
