We are seeking a

General Manager / Chief of Staff

to take a strategic, helicopter-view role over the business. The ideal candidate will bring structure, calm leadership, and the ability to connect operations, finance, HR, and client experience into one seamless system.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all business departments: operations, logistics, HR, finance, and client success Ensure the company runs smoothly across all service lines and city operations Develop and implement processes that scale performance and profitability Supervise and guide team leads and admin staff, ensuring accountability and efficiency Review and report on key metrics, costs, and productivity to the Managing Director Maintain and improve internal systems, SOPs, and reporting structures Manage strategic projects and partnerships on behalf of the Founder Represent the brand professionally in all internal and external interactions
Ideal Candidate

Female, preferably British or European, confident and articulate Background in operations management, hospitality management, or business administration 3-7 years of leadership or senior coordination experience Excellent analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills Strong communication and delegation abilities Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategy with execution Competent with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Zoho, and project-tracking systems Professional presence with genuine care for people, quality, and standards
Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary: AED 10,000 - 13,000 Visa and medical insurance Company laptop and phone KPI-based bonus structure after 6 months
