Position - General Manager (Operations)

SAR 60,000 - 75,000 per month

General Manager

with

full end-to-end accountability

for business performance. The role carries complete ownership of

P&L, operations, commercial results, and people leadership

Key Responsibilities

Full

P&L ownership

and financial performance management Lead and optimize

manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and sales

activities Drive

cost control, productivity improvement, and operational efficiency

Develop and execute

short- and long-term business strategies

aligned with group objectives Build and maintain a

performance-driven culture

in a lean organization Lead change initiatives to improve efficiency and stabilize operations Work closely with the

Group COO and senior leadership

on key business decisions Ensure compliance with

local regulations, safety, and quality standards

Candidate Profile

15+ years

of experience in

industrial / manufacturing environments

Proven senior leadership experience in roles such as: General Manager Plant Head Operations Director / Head of Operations Business Unit Head
Strong

operations-focused mindset

with solid

commercial and financial acumen

Demonstrated experience managing

lean structures with limited support functions

Proven ability to

lead change, improve efficiency, and drive results

Clear career progression (e.g., Engineer ? Plant Leadership ? GM level)

Saudi Arabia experience is mandatory

Preferred Industry Background

Industrial Manufacturing Building Materials / Cement-related Services Heavy Industry or Process Manufacturing B2B Industrial Operations
