WHATSAPP CVS TO ME The ideal candidate should be B.E/B.Tech ( Civil Engineering ) Graduate with 20 years of relevant work experience out of which a minimum of 15 years in civil construction & contracting projects within GCC countries in a similar role.
Responsibilities include overseeing business activities, developing and implementing strategies, leading and motivating teams, managing budgets and resources, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements include strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven ability to develop and implement business strategies, and a good understanding of financial management. Familiar with all construction/JCT/ FIDIC standards and their application in operations. Should have exposure in the execution of multiple projects of High Values simultaneously ( High rise buildings, Villas, shopping malls etc.) Age 45-50 years. GCC Driving License is mandatory.
Salary Range - BD 2000- BD 2500 + Furnished Accommodation + Company Maintained Vehicle + Company Phone including paid bills + Family Status + Premium Medical Insurance + Yearly 30 days paid leave including Business Class tickets for employee and family.
