General Manager Multi-Site Leisure Venues
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to run the show across two Dubai branches and oversee the performance and alignment of our Abu Dhabi franchise. This isnt just an operations role xe2x80x94 its a full-spectrum leadership position blending strategy, growth, team development, and brand stewardship. This role will be reporting to the Founders / Ownership Team.
Youll be the glue between vision and execution, ensuring that every guest leaves with a story, every team member is aligned with our mission, and every branch thrives.
Requirements for our Ideal General Manager:

35 years in a leadership role managing multiple locations (hospitality, fitness, entertainment, or events).
Strong understanding of operations, people management, and customer experience.
Business-savvy and solution-focused.
Exceptional communication and people leadership skills.
Willing to travel between branches and to Abu Dhabi regularly.
We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner, acts like a leader
Knows how to scale a brand without losing its soul.
Unflappable and make smart decisions on the go.
Good sense of humour needed and thrives in a high-energy environment.

Salary Package Offered:
AED25-30k pm (NEG) plus standard benefits like medical, flights etc
