We are looking for a general manager who can help us develop our company further, manage our operations, and lead our team. As a general manager, you will be responsible for: - Developing and implementing business strategies and plans - Overseeing the financial performance and budget of the company - Hiring, training, and supervising staff - Ensuring customer satisfaction and quality standards - Negotiating contracts and partnerships with suppliers and clients - Solving problems and resolving issues - Representing the company in external events and meetings To qualify for this position, you need to have: - A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, engineering, or related field - At least 5 years of experience in management of company in Bahrain - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills - A strong work ethic, initiative, and creativity - A passion for renewable energy and environmental sustainability
