Directs the overall operation of the group, to make sure the management of the hotel maximizes performance, profitability, and return on investment by creating a positive and productive work environment and ensuring superior guest service and compliance with quality and operational standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and monitors the performance of financial and operational plans which support the overall objectives of the company. - In coordination with the hotel GMs, check and verifies the annual budget and business plan of the hotel, and makes a recommendation for capital improvements to enhance the assets of the hotel and ensure brand loyalty. - Check and verify the delivery of superior guest services at the hotel - Ensures that product quality and service standards are met and all areas of the hotel as pertains to physical appearance, maintenance, and cleanliness. - Ensures the development and execution of marketing plans, and revenue and yield management plans of the hotel to maximize revenue generation, RevPAR, and occupancy levels. - To follow up on the progress of the Laundry Project and make sure it is being completed on deadlines. - To follow up on the contractor's snag list and make sure it is completed with the coordination of the hotel. - To check the staff accommodation status and to make sure it is being maintained in good condition. - To reorganize the administration and workflow in the Hotel Company. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related study - Active operation and ability to manage on-call and emergency situations from anywhere outside of standard work hours - Unwavering commitment to community, moral standing, and values a must - Exhibit excellent and foster customer service and team attitude - Awareness and understanding of the community in which you live and work Kindly send your CV
