Job Title: General Manager : Leisure Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates I am currently supporting one of the newest hospitality groups to enter the Dubai and UAE markets. They have recently launched a brand new, state of the art leisure facility (think football pitches, padel courts etc.), and they are now on the lookout for a seasoned General Manager to oversee and manage the day to day running of the business. Strong financial accumen is a must (P and Ls, budgets, forecasts etc.), and you must be both commercially and operationally savvy. Prior UAE and/or GCC experience is a must, as we need someone who have proven experience and know:how when it comes to running successful leisure facilities in the region. In short, you will be responsible for the creation, development, implementation, and supervision of all procedures, regulations, rules, protocols, programs, activities, promotions, guidelines, and policies. You will also be responsible for the implementation of short and long:term strategic plans, fiscal budgets, and methodology used in the creation of business systems. This position is also responsible for the daily operation of the business including income generation activity, expense management, achieving monthly and annual goals, and employee training and supervision. This individual must be service:oriented and have a complete understanding of and adhere to all policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and licensing requirements as dictated by the company, local, state, and federal regulations
