Responsibilities:
Oversee daily landscaping and maintenance operations Manage operational teams and ensure quality standards Develop business strategy and growth plans Handle budgets, costs, and financial planning Build client relationships and manage customer service Supervise hiring, training, and team development
Requirements:
8+ years managing landscaping/agricultural services company in UAE Proven track record running profitable operations Experience managing teams of 5+ people Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi market Arabic and English fluency Valid UAE driving license
