Job Description
A General Manager (GM) in a perfume company is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the company's profitability and growth. Key responsibilities include:
Setting strategic goals
: Aligning the company's vision with the market and internal capabilities.Overseeing daily operations
: Ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments.Managing resources
: Allocating human and physical resources effectively.Team building and development
: Recruiting, training, and developing a skilled workforce.Financial management
: Creating and overseeing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and making investment decisions.Strategic planning
: Formulating and implementing long-term strategies to achieve the company's objectives.Compliance
: Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.Growth opportunities
: Identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities for expansion. Candidate shall be available in UAE and ready to start immediately. Salary to be discussed during interview. Previous experience in similar field is a must,Job Type: Full-time
