Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our operations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the holiday homes business, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional customer service, and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of holiday homes, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and maintenance.
Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance overall guest experience and satisfaction.
Collaborate with property management teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric approach, striving for excellence in guest satisfaction.
Implement and maintain high service standards, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
Address and resolve customer concerns and feedback promptly and effectively. Financial Management: Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. Business Development: Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the company\'s holiday homes portfolio.
Foster relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to secure new partnerships.
Stay abreast of market trends and competition to inform strategic decision-making. Team Leadership and Development:Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to all team members, promoting professional development.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed. Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the hospitality or holiday homes industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and compliance in the holiday homes sector.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Experience:
  • Holiday Homes: 3 years (Required)
  • Managerial position: 10 years (Preferred)
