Job Summary: Looking for a General Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Responsible for overall achievement of the company business objectives as well as financial targets
• Manage client enquiries as well as issues in an appropriate manner
• Assess progress as well as job updates with the office and field teams
• Determine, attract and maintain talented staff
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to assist in strategizing and planning digital advertising campaigns for clients
• Supervise ad-hoc client requirements providing support, advice as well as solutions
• Analyze, motivate and coach staff
• Make suggestions to ensure continuous improvements in client performance
• Suggest appropriate business strategy changes to senior management
• Required to implement the agreed business strategy
• Develop and maintain close business relationship with clients as well as suppliers

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant should hold a Degree in an IT related discipline or any business related course
• At least 10+ years of experience in a digital marketing or software development agency
• Experience in an account management position at a senior level is highly required
• Good negotiation and communication skills required
• Should be able to effectively lead and motive a team
• Must have strong knowledge of digital marketing, advertising as well as web development
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Must have a good command of the English language, ability to speak Arabic will be a plus
• Must be organized and detail oriented person
• Should be able to work well under pressure
